So, I made a dinner list, and thought I would go ahead and share! I wanted to squeeze in a little update, and making dinner lists has been a big priority for me because I NEED to have a list to keep my brain in check and to have nice, planned dinners lined up.
Now, we definitely get off track sometimes.... like some days? I just NEED pizza, or we have so many left overs, that it HAS to be a left over day (cause I'm tired). It's cool, though, the list is still there, and waiting to be used.
Most of the recipes I e-mail to myself so I can keep track of them. G-mail has a handy, dandy search option, too! So it makes it pretty simple most of the time. I've been trying to incorporate more veggies into our meals.... some days that is awesome, but some days it is kind of bleh. There happens to be a ton of chicken stuff on our list this time because I was super hungry for chicken. YUMM YUMM
Uploading pictures from the camera is difficult on this upgraded Windows.... hopefully I can get in the habit/used to uploading so there can be more pictures posted!
Until next time....

Almost 3!
I am new to this blog thing, but I wanted to go ahead and start a blog so I could keep myself up to date... with myself. Does that make sense? Let us hope that it is not insanely boring! I am sure the first few will be as I stumble along.
Tomorrow my youngest baby turns 3 years old, and since I have 3 children this is sort of a big deal... He is my last little baby, and ALREADY he is 3!!!! That is just crazy!!! Since we had his party yesterday (Saturday), his real Birthday tomorrow will be rather uneventful because of school for the 2 eldest, and babysitting my friends little baby.... However, I still plan to TRY and make things interesting, at least.
For his Birthday party yesterday, I made chocolate cupcakes and just dipped them in chocolate ganache. Dexter liked those the best!!! His cake was banana with peanut butter Swiss merguine icing, with some of said chocolate ganache from the cupcakes poured on top.... It was delicious! We ate homemade pizza and he seemed to have a really fun time, although he was very tired from his lack of nap. He had a Darth Vader balloon, along with lots of green ones, because green is his favorite color. Awwww, already I am heartbroken that it is all over (but mostly happy, because that was exhausting).
After his party, Josh's good buddy and his family came over, and we (we meaning me, my husband Josh, and brother James) played our first game of DND. It was not his friend and wife's first game, so when we did stumble, they knew what they were talking about at least. I am super blond sometimes, so that is always good! We had a lot of fun, though! I loved it. It was like playing a tactics game, except real life. I am looking forward to playing again, as well as looking like a airhead again! :)
